LEANIX TEAM

POSITION
As a Partner Manager, you are a leader creating the interface between LeanIX and our international partner ecosystem. This is your chance of building an industry leading partner ecosystem from the ground up!
You have a passion for business development and will be responsible to identify, recruit, enable and manage a number of our advisory-, SI- and technology partners. You will build relationships on all levels with your partners and execute towards joint business plans in order to support the joint strategic goals of LeanIX and our partners. For this, you will coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, R&D, customer success) to deliver a world-class experience for your partners and our joint customers.

  • Collaborate with marketing-, product- and technology-departments to evolve our partner strategy when new features and products are introduced
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in partner-, channel- or alliance management in a software company
  • Ideally past experienced in working with IT services firms like Accenture, Deloitte, PwC or similar
  • Experience in technical and commercial partner enablement
  • Comfortable working towards sales-targets and executing joint business plans
  • Experience in managing various stakeholders to support partners in all aspects
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills across all levels
  • Passion for a start-up culture and building new things from the ground up
  • Fluent in English (German, French or Spanish is a plus)
  • Ability to travel
  • Background in IT management consulting is a plus
  • Background in Enterprise Architecture is a plus
