LEANIX TEAM

POSITION
As a Sales Engineer, you will be a key for the sales team; focused on helping LeanIX sales to provide a unique experience. A Sales Engineer at LeanIX is someone who is both passionate about the LeanIX product and guiding customers on the successful deployment of LeanIX. You have a sense of urgency and draw satisfaction from going above and beyond the limits to provide solutions. You can actively leverage your domain and technical expertise in pre-sales processes.
WHAT IS WAITING FOR YOU?
  • You will be working on multiple projects at the same time, helping customers and the sales team to find both quick and reliable solutions
  • You will contribute your domain and technical knowledge, being an absolute specialist in our product.
  • You will work directly with stakeholders on all levels of a client, from CIO to technical specialists. You will illustrate and share your expert solutions, both for live demos and deep architectural modelling
  • You will be one of our Enterprise Architecture market experts, understanding perfectly in which competitive context LeanIX is working.
  • You will help our sales team to persuade customers why LeanIX is better suited than any other solution
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
  • Minimum 2 years experience as Sales Engineer, Technical Consultant, Customer Success Engineer or similar role
  • Good understanding of modern application architectures (e.g. REST API, Microservices, Container Deployment)
  • Understanding of IT organizations, development of IT applications and IT operations in medium to large-size companies
  • Passion for consulting and tactical empathy to apply and present complex solutions effectively
  • Analytical understanding with a high focus on data-driven decision making
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics in easily understood, concise language in English and German
